Great property but very poor wifi.

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand how important a reliable internet connection is—not only for staying in touch with family and friends, but also for streaming entertainment and, for many guests, working remotely while on vacation.
Unfortunately, internet service on Ocracoke can sometimes be impacted by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, network congestion during busy weeks, and the island's limited infrastructure. That said, we know it's an important amenity, and we are actively encouraging our homeowners to upgrade to Starlink, which has proven to be the most reliable internet option available on the island.
While the decision to upgrade ultimately rests with each individual property owner, we continue to advocate for improvements that enhance our guests' experience. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to welcome you back to Ocracoke again soon.
