Escape the hustle and bustle and find tranquility among the cedars, where couples or small families can unwind and recharge. This Sunday turn-day property features two bedrooms, each boasting a comfortable queen bed for a restful night's sleep.
Inside, you'll find an updated open floor plan adorned with local art and hardwood floors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Best of all, you don't have to leave your best friend at home – Sandy Pause warmly welcomes your furry companions!
Step outside to the back deck and savor the evening breeze while your four-legged friend frolics in the fenced-in dog run in the backyard. After a day at the beach or a fishing trip, rinse off in the outdoor shower to feel clean and refreshed.
Please note that bed linens and bath towels are not provided, but rental options are available upon inquiry. Parking is limited to 2 cars, ensuring convenience during your stay.

We found this property to be in a quiet spot, clean, roach free, and the outside deck and small garden an awesome place to spend the week on a very magical island. The fenced in yard was a plus for our pups.

The addition of blankets for the bed would be appreciated. Otherwise, I loved everything about the house. Beautiful, artistic touches. A cozy living space. A great porch that looks onto nature and privacy screens make it seem like the house is secluded. Thank-you. I will be back next May!

We loved the outdoor shower, the beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the special artistic touches throughout the house. The lighting, high ceilings and layout made the space feel much bigger.

Another great stay at Sandy Pause. (3rd year there) This house is just perfect and what Linda and Ray have done for privacy is definitely a plus. Hopefully the outdoor shower will never change because that is one of the highlights of our vacation week. We were fortunate to meet Ray and talk with Linda on the phone and they are such great folks and thank them for sharing their house!
