Nestled between a tranquil creek on one side and a sprawling side yard on the other, The Sailfish Cottage offers abundant opportunities for nature watching, from playful otters and graceful herons to darting fish and charming fiddler crabs.

Under new ownership since 2024 this three-bedroom retreat boasts fresh updates and revitalized charm. The balcony off the master bedroom provides picturesque marsh views, while a loft area upstairs offers a cozy seating area in addition to the spacious open floor plan below. Foosball table in the upstairs loft area for family game nights. 

Indulge in sun-soaked days on the front porch, which wraps around to two screened side porches, perfect for alfresco dining or evening cocktails. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and prepare your catch of the day at the convenient fish cleaning bench. Want up to date weather information to determine your day at the beach or fishing, a weather station has been installed near the swamp to give you up to date information on wind speeds and rain. 

Furry, four-legged family members are warmly welcomed at The sailfish Cottage, and to enhance your vacation experience, linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Parking is limited to 3 cars, ensuring a stress-free and enjoyable stay for all. There is a short fence around the side yard for late night outings, but not recommended without supervision.
