This Saturday turn-day property invites you to unwind amidst stunning canal and marsh views, complete with breathtaking sunsets, from its screened back porch or private dock. Bring along your furry companions to share in the serenity, as they lounge by your side in this pet-friendly haven.
Launch kayaks from the dock to explore the intricate canals and serene sound side, or retreat to the detached Boat House for added relaxation and leisure. Please note that boats must adhere to height restrictions and pet policies apply, with the first dog staying for free and additional fees for extra dogs.
- Height restrictions on boats: must have a collapsible canopy and be a flat-bottomed boat.
- 1st dog free, $75 fee per each additional dog (2 Dogs MAX). ** Cats are not permitted at this property.
Please be aware that this property does not provide linens or towels, but rental options are available upon request. Car parking is limited to 2 cars, ensuring a peaceful and private retreat.

This property allows us to truly experience the Ocracoke feeling. Crisp, clean, spacious with and excellent view of sunsets from dock along creek we couldn’t ask for more. We were beyond thrilled to learn if upgrades recently including the out building renovations and AC etc. so grateful.

Great cottage, very nice remodel job on an old home. Nice dock and the “dock house” is a cool feature. Parking is limited and getting in and out by boat is a little tight going thru the tunnel.

We booked 10 Cuttin Sage sort of at the last minute. We’ve come to Ocracoke for about 25 years. Our only stay in Oyster Creek was not stellar, so we’ve avoided the area since then. When this house became available and the description met our needs otherwise, we went ahead and reserved it, and are delighted that we did! It’s location on the quiet part of the canal and the great condition of the house was a perfect getaway, especially this year when we were actively trying to lay low due to the corona virus. We did love the house and will rebook it in the future.

Love the house. It was beautiful and bigger than it appeared in photos. There was only really parking for 1 car, not 2. Second was on street and difficult to maneuver a full size truck.
As the many years before, we thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at 10 Cuttin' Sage.
