Welcome to Diamond in the Rough, a spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat for up to 10 guests nestled in the charming Up Trent Neighborhood. This Sunday turn-day property promises a family-friendly vacation that will transform into your perfect island retreat.
With 5 bedrooms, there's ample space for large groups to spread out and relax. Multiple outdoor areas, including wrap-around decks, a screened porch, and a large backyard, provide plenty of opportunities for relaxation and outdoor fun. The backyard features additional amenities such as a hammock, outdoor shower, and fish cleaning bench for added convenience.
Sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail from the observation deck while marveling at the sunrise or sunset. The open kitchen, living, and dining area offers ample space for entertaining, while the screened porch provides a perfect spot for adults to enjoy appetizers and happy hour while the kids play games or watch movies in the game room.
Guests can also enjoy canal access at the end of the road, perfect for kayaking adventures around the picturesque Pamlico Sound. Please note that linens and towels are not provided, but rental options are available upon inquiry. Parking is limited to 5 cars, ensuring convenience for all guests during their stay at Diamond in the Rough.
